About ICASST-2026

ICASST-2026 brings researchers, academics, practitioners, students, and policy professionals together to discuss how artificial intelligence and scientific progress are transforming society. The conference focuses on responsible innovation, digital governance, education, health, work, sustainability, media, and public life, while offering space for research presentation, networking, and cross-disciplinary collaboration in Baku.

The 4th International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Social Transformation and Scientific Progress (ICASST-2026) will be held from 15–21 October 2026 in Baku, Azerbaijan, in hybrid mode, allowing both physical and virtual participation.

Organized by the Research Consultancy on Social and Management Development (RCSMD), ICASST-2026 will bring together researchers, academics, professionals, policymakers, students, and practitioners to discuss how artificial intelligence, scientific innovation, and digital transformation are reshaping societies, institutions, economies, and human development.

The conference will provide an international platform for scholarly exchange, professional networking, research presentation, publication opportunities, and cross-disciplinary dialogue.
